2007 Season

New Gazebo at Rose Larisa Park

Parks Division employees work to form and then pour the concrete slab for the new gazebo located across from the Carousel at Rose Larisa Park. Once the concrete has hardened the rest of the 32' structure will be constructed. To keep the cost of the project down all work is being performed by Parks employees.

Rehab. of Senior Center Soccer Field

The soccer field has received plenty of special attention this fall. The entire field has been treated to remove broadleaf weeds. The field was then aerated and over seeded. Finally, the entire turf area was fertilized. With proper growing weather and no use this fall the field should be ready next spring.

New Hull Street Playground

Parks Division employees work to build two new pieces of playground equipment as well as two new sets of swings. Demolition of the old equipment and installation of the new was all completed by the Parks Division.
